Website Specific Questions

Can I register more than one supervisor or account administrator?

Students must pass each lesson with 80% before moving on to the next lesson. To ensure students learn and retain course content, we recommend (and have structured quizzes accordingly) looking back at course content again prior to retaking a quiz instead of reviewing your answers and knowing immediately which questions were missed.

How do students access courses?

Upon logging in, users can click the button that reads “View My Courses” or look to the bottom of the screen and view their enrolled courses under the section titles “My Enrolled Courses”

How do I assign courses to my students?

There is no assignment function. All students have access to all courses the company has registered for.

It is time to retake a course. What do I do?

When a user needs to retake a course or undergo recurrent training, he/she will click on the link “ Go To The Course Reset Page” and reset the course he/she will need to take.

How do I access my students' certificates?

A certificate is automatically emailed to the student and all account administrators once a course has been completed.   The certificate is also accessible on the student’s account screen for printing and downloading.

How do I reset my students' passwords?

Students must reset their own passwords by either clicking the forgot password link under the login fields, or clicking “edit my profile” once logged in.

I didn't receive my reset password email.

Please send a request to reset your password to the helpdesk found under “support” at the top of your screen.

Why can't I review the questions I missed before I officially pass the lesson?
